Two Million Job Vacancies in the U.S.: Only the Highly Skilled Need Apply

The implications for America are profound. The same video provides an interview with Xerox CEO Ursula Burns from 2:05 to 2:25. If companies cannot find highly skilled workers here in the U.S. then those corporations will look to produce elsewhere.

The high school degree is obsolete. It does not provide a passport to a secure future as it has for past generations. Post-secondary education (technical/vocational certification, two-year degrees, and four-year degrees) are the way forward.
